Project 07 Outdoor Kitchen by Modulnova

Project 07 by Modulnova is part of the XX Collection, defined by innovation, refined detailing and a strong material identity. The outdoor kitchen is structured around a cooking island that combines solid thermo-treated ash wood legs, an AISI 316 stainless steel structure and a stoneware top, delivering both aesthetic warmth and technical performance. 

The worktop is finished in Nero Greco stoneware (12 mm thick) and integrates a cooktop in stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to outdoor conditions. The system includes a Blade panel to conceal the gas tank compartment, maintaining a clean architectural look. 

A distinctive element of Project 07 is the OPEN trolley on retractable wheels, designed as a functional extension of the kitchen. Featuring a stainless steel structure with thermo-treated ash panels, it offers customizable compartments with materials such as wood, stoneware, marble or stainless steel. 

The trolley includes a top compartment with a knife rack and cutting board, as well as configurable lower sections that can integrate bottle racks or cutlery organizers, enhancing usability and flexibility.
