Yes, we have a physical showroom where you can view many of our furniture pieces, lighting, carpets and accessories in person. Visiting our showroom allows you to see the products up close, feel the materials, look at samples, and get a better sense of their dimensions and quality.

CAN I SEE MATERIAL SAMPLES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE?

Absolutely! In our showroom, you´ll be able to view and feel the different materials in person, helping you make an informed choice that suits your preferences. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR ONLINE STORE?

We recommend receiving the parcel in person, as Servànt cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if delivery occurs without your presence.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international shipping and customs charges may apply, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES YOUR ONLINE STORE ACCEPT?

We accept the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB Way, card payments, and direct bank payments. Additionally, for specific products you can make payments via bank transfer by contacting us via email info@support.pt 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking code. You can use this code to track your parcel on the shipping provider`s website. If you haven`t received the tracking code after receiving the shipping confirmation, please reach out to us for assistance.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

At Servànt, we strive to handle all shipments and orders efficiently. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to check if it is still feasible.

Unfortunately, once the shipping process has commenced, we will not be able to accept any changes or cancellations. However, you can return your order within 15 days of delivery. For more details on exchanges and returns, please refer to our FAQ section below.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, it is possible to return your order. At Servànt, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return the order within 15 days of delivery.

Please keep in mind that the returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of the return shipment.

These services ensure that your furniture is set up correctly and safely. Please note that our showroom and team are located in Lisbon. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to us to determine if this service is feasible for your location.
