Project 03 Outdoor Kitchen by Modulnova

Project 03 by Modulnova is a high-performance outdoor kitchen system defined by its pure stainless steel construction and architectural precision. Designed by Carlo Presotto and Andrea Bassanello, it belongs to the Blade series, conceived to deliver both aesthetic clarity and functional excellence in open-air environments. 

The entire structure — including bases, bodies, worktop and integrated sink — is made from AISI 316 stainless steel, a material chosen for its exceptional resistance to weather, humidity and corrosion. 

At the core of the system are the Mate cooking modules, offering interchangeable solutions such as induction plates, teppanyaki and barbecue, enabling a fully customizable outdoor cooking experience. 

The minimalist, handleless design is complemented by aluminium honeycomb doors and refined technical details, reinforcing a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
