Project 01 Outdoor Kitchen by Modulnova

Project 01 by Modulnova is a sophisticated outdoor kitchen system designed to seamlessly integrate architecture, landscape and lifestyle. Conceived by Carlo Presotto and Andrea Bassanello, it reflects a contemporary vision where outdoor cooking becomes a central living experience. 

The system is composed of modular elements including a cooking island, storage units and sculptural peninsulas. Materials such as porcelain stoneware, thermo-treated solid ash wood and AISI 316 stainless steel ensure durability and resistance to outdoor conditions while maintaining a refined aesthetic. 

At the core of the project is the Mate cooking system, featuring interchangeable modules such as gas burners, induction plates, teppanyaki and barbecue, allowing full customization according to cooking preferences. 

The design is defined by clean lines, tactile materials and a harmonious balance between functionality and visual elegance. Project 01 transforms the outdoor kitchen into a complete architectural environment — a space where design, performance and atmosphere coexist.
